Simply select your desired package in our interactive booking section, choose your preferred date and time of day, and submit your inquiry details. Jim Visualz will reach out to confirm your session and exact schedule!

What is your turnaround time for photos and videos?

Standard delivery time for digital galleries is 2 to 3 weeks for portrait and maternity sessions, and 4 to 6 weeks for full wedding collections and cinematic films.

What should I wear for our photo shoot?

We recommend coordinated neutral tones, earthy palettes, subtle textures, and outfits you feel comfortable in. Once your booking is confirmed, we provide a full styling and preparation guide.

Do you travel outside of Derby?

Yes! Jim Visualz is based in Derby (East Midlands) and regularly photographs weddings and portrait sessions across Nottingham, London, Greater London, and nationwide across the UK.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to your slot. In case of inclement weather for outdoor sessions, we will work closely with you to reschedule to the next suitable date.
